Position: Team Assistant

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Hybrid set up: Based five days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:

• Providing administrative support to all team members including diary management, operations support and coordination of events
• Travel coordination in the UK and internationally
• Meeting and greeting visitors and arranging meeting rooms
• Assisting with presentations, reports and day-to-day admin support

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Must have proven team support within professional services
• Strong MS Office skills
• Highly organised individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and with discretion and confidential information.
