PA to Partner - Executive Search
£45k + 10% bonus - West End
6 month contract - Hybrid - 4 days in office
PA responsibilities:
- Travel arrangements - mainly Europe and US
- Diary management
- Project management support for work streams
- CRM management - tracking client progress
- Relationship building with clients
PA experience:
- Background in financial services or executive search preferable
- Experience building relationships with clients
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Solution seeker and proactive
- Able to work in a close knit team
