Personal Assistant to SLT | Greenwich, South East London | Immediate or September start
Personal Assistant to SLT Salary: £120 - £140 per day

We at Remedy Education are working with a premium school in Greenwich who are looking to hire a new personal assistant to SLT. They need someone who is organised, efficient and experienced in working as a personal assistant to SLT.
Personal Assistant to SLT Job Summary:

• Supporting the SLT by providing confidential secretarial and administrative support.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff, governors, parents etc. trying to get in contact with the SLT.
• Manage the SLTs diary, handling all appointments and meetings and briefing relevant members on upcoming events.
• Arrange and appropriately prepare for meetings and take minutes of meetings when necessary.
• Handle all administrative responsibilities relating to the SLT such as taking calls or writing emails.
• Attend any relevant meetings either with or in the stead of the SLT when required.

Personal Assistant to SLT Job Requirements:

• Experience working as a personal assistant to SLT.
• Understanding of school data management systems.
• Effective ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
• Competent understanding of MS Office software, especially Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with software such as SIMS is desirable.

The ideal personal assistant to SLT candidate will be able to thrive in fast-paced work environments, able to work to strict deadlines in a timely manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are therefore essential.
