Glasgow – Hybrid & Flexible

Up to £40,000

A brand new Paid Social Manager role has been created in an international business operating in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and beyond. The business is seeking a Paid Social Manager to join their established marketing team based in Glasgow. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to drive Paid Social initiatives for a diverse portfolio of brands across the globe. Collaborating closely with their Events team in the US, you'll play a key role in shaping campaigns. This is a chance to work alongside experienced professionals while also carving out your path for growth as their business continues to thrive.

The Role:

As a data-driven expert, you'll oversee their Paid Social strategy, crafting campaigns that captivate audiences and drive conversions. Working closely within their digital marketing team, you'll optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and continuously refine our approach to stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to refine and fine-tune Paid Social strategy, focusing on channel selection, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Take ownership of campaign setup across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist in crafting compelling copy to resonate with target audience and drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with Content Manager and third-party agencies to develop impactful creative assets.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure flawless campaigns and minimize wasted spend.
  • Implement third-party tracking pixels for accurate goal and conversion tracking.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports detailing performance, actionable insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on innovative campaigns by similar brands.
  • Manage external agencies and build strong relationships with Facebook and Google representatives.
  • Stay updated on platform developments and emerging channels for continuous personal development.

Requirements:

  • 2 years+ Solid in Paid Social platforms.
  • Growth marketing mentality, constantly generating creative ideas to enhance performance.
  • Analytical mindset, passionate about extracting insights from data.
  • Strong commercial acumen, delivering actionable insights for business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional written communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Experience with Google Ads and common martech tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Bonus Skills:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar PPC advertising certification.
  • Comfortable with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Package on Offer:

  • Salary up to £40,000 DOE.
  • Flexibility with hybrid working. Typically, 1 day per week in the office, sometimes more if
  • US stakeholders in UK.
