?The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Spearhead firm revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities across multiple pan-European client channels – developing and executing strategies for each
- Organise client roadshows for senior staff, upto, and including, the Chair
- Coordinate with internal investment teams and external product providers to develop bespoke product opportunities as required
- Be an ambassador for the firm – communicating the firm’s value proposition, market insights, and product features
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, as necessary
- Be comfortable with extensive local and international travel
For applicants to considered, we will be looking for the following qualities:
- Arouund ten years of experience in Asset Management (or adjacent) sales
- Proven ability to identify, execute, and close business development opportunities
- Proven record with as many of asset owners, consultants, private banks, wealth platforms and other allocators as possible
- Ideally previous exposure to equity, fixed income, and multi-asset products, with a quantitative tilt
- The ability to explain complex investment products to audiences with varying degrees of technical competence
- Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, written and oral communication
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify customer presentations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective interaction with support structures in the region
- A flexible team player that is adept in managing both up and down
- CFA and/or MBA strongly preferred
