My client is currently recruiting a Paraplanner in the Maidstone area to join their dynamic team of 25 employees.
They are a prominent boutique IFA firm located in southern Kent, with a solid reputation for excellence and a deep sense of pride in the calibre of their advice.

This Paraplanner role will be a great fit if you have experience within IFA administration and are looking for more responsibility, mentoring, exam support and structured career development. As a Paraplanner this role will be essentially suited to a candidate that enjoys autonomy, having your opinions both heard and acted upon and want a supportive working environment in which to grow without being micro-managed.
As a Paraplanner, you will be providing key support performing back-office duties, learning firm processes, client journey and compliance requirements. Paraplanner will also be responsible for preparing valuations and supporting documentation for client review meetings, performing fund switches and rebalances. You will prepare applications and supporting documentation for client new business and the general day to running enquiries from Clients, paraplanners and advisors. You will be working in a pooled support environment with supportive Administrators and Advisors.
This is a full-time office-based position in the Maidstone area.
