Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: Brierley Hill
Salary: £25,000 - £31,000, 20 days A/L, study support, birthday off, 8% pension, life insurance (4x salary)
Type: Permanent and fully onsite
A financial advisory firm is recruiting for a Paraplanner to join their well established team in Brierley hill to support the financial advisors on all matters including Financial Planning, Employee Benefits, Commercial Finance and Mortgages.
Reporting to: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Suitability Report preparation
- Production of quotes and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
- IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
- Compiling cases for our new business processing team, by ensuring all the required paperwork included is signed, this will include:
- Suitability Report
- Fact Find
- Quotes
- Application form
- Other related paperwork
- Processing High Risk business (Ad Hoc):
- BED/ISA
- Top Up
- Fund switches
- Changes to contributions
- Withdrawals
- Annual Review Preparation (Obtaining Valuations and Fund Research)
- Use of the back office systems by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client file.
Experience & Knowledge
- Financial Services knowledge e.g. mortgages, pensions, ISA etc (Essential)
- Strong report writing experience (Essential)
- Annual Review Preparation (Essential)
