Part Qualified Accountant

Description

We are seeking a motivated Part Qualified Accountant to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working in a friendly team based in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The role will evolve as you progress in your studies.

We will provide full training and a generous study package to help you achieve your professional accounting qualifications, such as AAT and ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts
• Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
• Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, Sage, Xero, and FreeAgent
• Keeping up to date with technical accounting and VAT issues in line with the needs of the client base
• Actively participating in all team meetings and projects
• Help maintain and update financial records
• Support the accounts team with ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Experience working within an accountancy practice
• Currently studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA)
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
