AddressWe are looking for a part-qualified accountant to join our friendly and supportive accounts department where you will be a valued and integral part of the team. You will be working on a varied portfolio of accounts clients. These clients are in a variety of sectors and range from small limited companies to sole traders and partnerships.
Your main duties for these clients will include:
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Preparation of corporation tax returns
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assisting clients and managers with queries
- Coaching/assisting junior staff members
- Managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines
Knowledge and experience desired:
- Part qualified/qualified by experience with a minimum of 2 years experience working in an Accountancy Firm
- Good working understanding of accounting standards/accounting principles
- Experience of CCH, Xero, Sage and other cloud systems
