This exciting permanent role requires 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, from 10am to 2pm. With a competitive salary of £15 to £17 per hour (£25,000 to £30,000 per annum FTE), this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make a valuable contribution in a supportive and engaging work environment.
As the Office Support Coordinator, you will be a vital asset in ensuring the smooth running of the office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stationary levels and office supplies
- Coordinating couriers and deliveries
- Assisting with internal weekly lunches and social committee events
- Handling internal and external post
- Maintaining tidy meeting rooms and setting them up for meetings
- Providing general administrative support
- Answering telephone calls and taking effective messages
- Utilising Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Your positive and enthusiastic attitude, along with your ability to work well in a small team environment, will be key to your success. Previous administrative or support experience is essential.
