SalaryOur client based in Derby is from the Education Sector and they are currently looking to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant, to help them through a busy period on a temporary basis for 3 days per week for 3 months. This role will provide support with accounts and administration and will report directly to the Management Accountant.
General duties include:
- Basic bookkeeping
- Invoice input
- Simple reconciliations
- Sales/Purchase Ledger - School fees
- Administration to check information has been entered correctly
- Expenses and cash floats etc.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 08:00 until 16:00 - ASAP for 3 months.
