A temporary to permanent Part TimeAccounts Assistant job for an owner managed events company based in Burnt Oak paying £15-£18 per hour.

You’ll be working for a highly regarded owner managed events company based in Burnt Oak. Use this section to really sell the company. With over 50 years of experience creating bespoke, imaginative events across the world with specialists in production, event design and entertainment.

You’ll be working as an Accounts Assistant and will be responsible for all aspects of transactional finance and other ad hoc tasks. Your duties will include;

• Clearing a back log of expenses
• Clearing a back log of credit card payments
• Bank reconciliations
• General Administration
• Other ad hoc finance duties

You’ll ideally be AAT qualified although other experience will be considered. You’ll also need to have an excellent working knowledge of all aspects of transactional finance with a high level of attention to detail and good communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.

You’ll be paid £15-£18 per hour and work a 20 hours a week across 4 or 5 days in an office based role initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. You’ll be working for an industry leading business with a real family feel in a central location with excellent public transport links and close to a plentiful supply of local amenities.
