Part Time Accounts Assistant - What will I be doing?
This role will involve:
- Bank reconciliation
- Monthly Payroll
- Sales & Purchase Invoices
- Paying Suppliers
- Credit Control
- Checking reports match
Part Time Accounts Assistant - What experience do I need?
- It is essential that you have worked as an Accounts Assistant previously and that you have an excellent knowledge of Sage and Excel.
Part Time Accounts Assistant - What else do I need to know?
This role is new to the business and is offered on a 3-month fixed term contract to begin with but is likely to becoming a permanent role. The hours will be between 10 - 15 a week and will be worked across 2 to 3 mornings a week maximum. The pay is dependant on experience and will be GBP14 - GBP17ph. The role is office based in some wonderfully spacious and scenic offices in Reigate with free parking. The team are friendly and good fun.
