Part Time Accounts Assistant

Since 2004 UK Servers have been providing managed hosting services and have recently expanded with the build of a large Midlands datacentre site.

We are looking for a Part Time bookkeeper to work from our Coventry office alongside our existing accounts staff.

Skills required:

• Excellent written English with an attention for detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills including usage of spreadsheets and word processing.
• Great communication skills both in person and digitally
• Have the ability to work autonomously and having a keen eye for detail to spot any errors that may arise.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

The ideal candidate would have prior experience using Xero accounting software.

What you will be doing:

• Applying customer payments in our online billing system and reconciling these within Xero
• Management of supplier invoices including data entry and remittances
• Supplier orders
• General admin
• Stock control and management

About the role:

• This is a Part Time (permanent) onsite role five days per week, Mon-Fri with three hours each day.
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• There is some flexibility around hours however these would be in a window 7:30AM - 3:30PM
• Free car parking, bus stop outside the office and free refreshments onsite
