Description
- Full responsibility for all aspects of the Purchase Ledger and invoicing
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Help with budget control processes
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly
- Support the preparation of VAT returns
- Assist with payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Part Time Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good knowledge of financial software programs
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
