An established residential provider are looking to recruit a Part Time accounts / bookkeeper in Skegness,Lincolnshire.
Part Time accounts / bookkeeper
A busy group of businesses running a static and touring caravan sites', and property ownership companies based in Chapel St Leonards. The role is diverse and requires an experienced bookkeeper/accounts trained person to run the finances of this challenging and interesting group of businesses. The role is office based and anticipated to be Part Time, although work schedule is negotiable.
Day to day activities include:
· Input of sales and purchase ledger
· Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
· Wages and petty cash
· Production of management accounts (at minimum up to trial balance)
· Property tenant invoicing and collecting rent
· Service charge accounts
· Answering telephones and general admin as required
Experience Required:
The candidate must have prior experience in a similar accounting role. Knowledge of Xero and Sage payroll would be a distinct advantage, but not essential as any necessary training will be given. Due to the nature of the role, they must be able to work on their own initiative and be able to organise a busy work schedule.
