Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk / Part-time (20 - 25 hours) / £25,000 - £28,000 FTE / Knowsley / Permanent
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Knowsley who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team on a permanent, part-time basis
Package:

• Salary £25,000 - £28,000 FTE
• 20-25 hours per week (ideally over 5 days but can be flex)

Location: Knowsley - Parking on-site
Job Duties:

• Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Deal with supplier queries in a timely manner ensuring rapport building
• Bank reconciliations
• Process employee timesheets
• Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?

• Candidates must have worked in a fast-paced finance environment, with Accounts Payable experience
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel and system skills essential
