Administration Assistant duties :
• Preparing and sending Proforma Invoices to UK and overseas Customers
. • Sending Invoices and Delivery Notes to customers advising them when goods are ready
. • Arranging couriers both within the UK and overseas.
• Taking payment over the phone using Worldpay
. • Chasing Enquires sent by the Sales Team.
.• Monitor and chase any up and coming/late deliveries with Suppliers
.• Raise claims for late deliveries and invoice issues
• Checking and signing off invoices from the Courier companies
• Monitoring and ordering of office stationery
• Answer the telephone and taking messages/enquiries.
• General filing of invoices, orders and delivery notes
You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, have good attention to detail and very well organised.
