Our client based in Sunderland is looking to recruit a Part Time Administration Assistant to their team. The successful candidate will work with a leading supplier of confocal and super resolution imaging solutions to the global life science community, who has over the past 24 years established its presence in the market as an innovator, supplying prestigious institutes with cutting edge imaging solutions. You will join a small group of Engineers and Admin and will become a key member of the team. Responsibilities:
- Liaising with suppliers, placing orders and updating paperwork.
- Sourcing and collecting quotes for new suppliers.
- Assisting in the arrangement and booking of travel for other team members.
- Managing incoming supplier chain paperwork and liaising with different team members.
- Stock counts and material movement tasks.
- Good time management skills
- Excellent written and communications skills
- Good communication and IT Skills, word and excel is preferred.
- Familiar use of email and internet
