Our client is looking for a Part Time Administrator

  • Experience in an administrative role working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working with all the Microsoft Office set of applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Forms
  • Proven ability to learn and use different types of software and applications
  • Ability to adapt well and quickly to new and varied tasks
  • Ability to be thorough and pay excellent attention to detail
  • Have a professional appearance and high standard of telephone, written and communication skills
  • Proven track record of being a positive member of a 'can-do' team, as well as be able to work on your own initiative
  • Eagerness to perform the role with confidence, commitment, care, precision and professionalism
