Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Part-time Administrator on a temporary basis, located in the County of Conwy.
With an immediate start available, this role is ideal for a candidate experienced in Administration, looking for part-time hours to fit your work-life balance. Working on a variety of Administration tasks, the successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day operations within a local office setting.
Hourly pay: 11
The Role:
- Providing Administration support to a dedicated team
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Processing and updating information packs
- Updating information and using IT systems on a daily basis
- Office duties including producing letters and scanning
- Uploading paperwork to a digital filing system
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar Administration position
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident and capable using IT systems
- Able to work efficiently in a varied team
