VACANCY - ADMINISTRATOR
ESS Employment Ltd are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support an established client based in Kingswood.
Duties:
- Contacting customers / potential customers
- Taking inbound calls
- Good customer services skills, building a rapport with clients
- Dealing with initial enquiries through to the installation of the product
- Checking of customer information/chasing missing documents
The candidate:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good customers service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Confident
- Some experience within the energy and/or solar industry would be beneficial
