Our client is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to work in their friendly and successful team where you will act as the first point of contact dealing with a range of administrative tasks to a high standard of quality. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy but varied environment, and has good attention to detail.
The Administrator Role
Within the role, duties will include:
- Scheduling and managing diaries
- Addressing queries with customers and clients
- Dealing with internal and external customers through phone and email.
- Supporting the Customer Care Team
- Providing day to day administrative support
The Ideal Candidate
For the administrator role, previous experience dealing with varied admin tasks is ideal. Having good attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills.
This role is perfect for someone wanting to get into a temp based opportunity.
