Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage office tasks, including record management, raising PO numbers, data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal inquiries and assisting with administrative requests, speaking to suppliers, arranging returns and managing credit card transactions
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, catering needs, travel and accommodation, as well as making stationery and PPE orders
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
