Part Time Administrator

Alma Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their well established Solihull based client for a Sales Order Processor to join their team based on site on a Part Time basis.

Monday to Friday 20 to 22.5 hours:-

08.30am to 12.30/1pm

• Attention to detail is imperative to identify and rectify and errors when receiving or entering orders into the system.
• Excellent commercial, social and communication skills are required to interact politely with colleagues and customers
• Good IT skills
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast moving environment
• Serve as a primary contact for customers and overseeing sales order processing
• See the whole order processed from receipt to delivery
• Check all customer orders with high degree of accuracy and communicate any anomalies
• Check daily processed orders for accuracy
• Completing paperwork and organising files for invoicing purposes, and offering support to Customer Services as and required
