HRGO are currently recruiting for an Administrator for their client in Ashford.
To provide administrative support to ensure that enquiries are responded to efficiently, sensitively and confidentially.
Hours:
20hrs per week.
Pay:
£11.55ph
Duties:
- To be the first port of contact for all enquiries
- Completing general administrative duties
- Identifying the needs of clients and appropriate outcomes
- Prepare & process cases, providing support throughout the entirety of the case
- Data input and file management
- Undertaking additional or other reasonable duties as necessary

- GCSE English & Maths pass or Equivalent - E
- Administrative Skills - E
- Professional telephone manner - E

- Experience of working with Client Confidentiality - E
