Part Time Bookkeeper / Administrator

Part Time Bookkeeper/Administrator | Permanent | Kingswinford | Office Based | £15 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bookkeeper who is self-motivated and capable of adapting quickly to a new environment. You will be joining a well-established business in the Kingswinford area.

Hours are between 16-20 per week with potential for overtime

The Company

Seymour John are thrilled to be working in partnership with an exciting and growing business, to support with their recruitment of a Part Time Bookkeeper/Administrator.

The Opportunity

Duties for this role will include:

• Maintaining sales ledger accounts
• Reviewing purchase ledger accounts
• Completing regular bank reconciliations
• Calculating and submitting VAT returns
• Calculating and submitting CIS returns
• Calculating monthly payroll
• Assisting the company accountants at year end
• Preparing monthly management reports
• Additional ad hoc administrative tasks as required

SAGE 50 experience is essential

Personal Profile

We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience in a similar role. You will need to be prepared to support the business in all areas that are required. The core responsibility of your role will be accounts; however, you will also be picking up various administration tasks, answering calls from time to time and in general, offering support to ensure the smooth running of the business. You will have good attention to detail and be adaptive to new situations as and when they arise.
