Our Peterborough based client is looking for an administrator to support its ever-growing team of associates providing coaching, training and learning project support to a range of small, medium and large corporate businesses.
The role is varied, supporting the MD and his team of associates you will be responsible for: –
- Diary management for MD and Associates, arranging meetings and training sessions with clients.
- Supporting the Business Development Manager to implement the marketing strategy.
- Preparing client proposals and tenders, supporting client meetings and event planning for face to face and virtual events.
- Managing proposal and tender records, tracking progress and keeping business up to date.
- Managing social media posts
- Administering 360 feedback reports, personality, and strength profiles
- Reviewing and making improvements to new and existing processes and activities, acting as central point of contact for clients and associate team members.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in office support, PA or general administration. Great communication skills are a must alongside being able to work in a fast-paced changing environment. We also want to you bring your flare and ideas to make this role your own.
