We're on the lookout for Part-Time Claims Handler's to become part of the successful First Response Team. The ideal candidate will have the skills, personality, and character to enhance delivery of our service to both clients and stakeholders.

Hours and Shifts

We can offer you between 14 - 30 hours per week, Mon - Fri (4:00pm - 8:00pm) and Sat and Sun (10am-4pm or 1pm-7pm)

Responsibilities

  • As a Part time Claims Handler, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
  • Assist with administrative tasks involved in processing claims.
  • Review claims documentation to identify and gather necessary additional information.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for both customers and clients.
  • Demonstrate articulate communication skills to handle complex claims effectively.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Experience of working within a call centre environment.
  • Experience of working towards deadlines and performance objectives.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and organisation skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
