Part Time Credit Controller. An Avonmouth based flooring firm need a Part Time Credit Controller to join the team to start date ASAP on a temporary basis for between 2-4 months.
The Part Time Credit Controller will work 20 hours a week, probably 5 hours a day, 4 days a week and must be able to commit to each Wednesday
Ideal Part Time Credit Controller candidate would have:

1. 1. Previous Credit control experience using Sage Accounts
   2. Analytical mind
   3. Excellent communication skills, ideally experience speaking with QS's (C type profiles)

Part Time Credit Controller Tasks:

1. 1. Allocating customer Payments
   2. Reviewing historical customer payment allocations
   3. Preparing and sending customer statements
   4. Reviewing and sending sales invoices with supporting paperwork
   5. Chasing overdue payments via email, phone calls and letters
   6. Tracking retention, contra charges and bad debt
   7. Reporting on the above
   8. Answering the phone and door buzzer
   9. Other finance administrative tasks as directed by finance manager

The Part Time Credit Controller hourly rate is £13ph
