The Role:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts for timely payment.
- Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment status
- Perform Credit Checks
- Assess creditworthiness of customers and recommend credit limits/terms
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and credit risk
- Experience as a Credit Controller
