Part Time Credit Controller

Part time Credit Controller HertfordshireMosaic Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a part-time basis. You will be working for a small family-run business located in Hertfordshire.Salary: Pro rata GBP26,000 - GBP30,000Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Proactively chase outstanding invoices through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Negotiate payment terms and settlements with clients while maintaining positive relationships. Conduct credit checks on new customers and assess creditworthiness. Resolve billing discrepancies and address client queries in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis for management review. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow management.Requirements: Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably in a similar small business environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
