Part-Time Executive Assistant

A boutique investment firm is looking for an experienced EA to join their small, hardworking team. They're quite a start-up environment, so looking for a self-starter who is switched-on, happy to muck in and prepared to grow in a role. 
The role is part-time (30 hours a week) and the company is going through a growth period so there is great scope. 
The offices are based in Mayfair and able to work around 1 day per week from home. Salary is £60,000-£70,000 pro rata. 
What you'll do:
Primarily be supporting the co-founder with diary management, as well as project support and ad hoc support to directors. 
- Personal and business travel and diary management
- Inbox management
- Organising virtual meetings
- Expenses
- Project work
- Ad hoc support to directors
- Errand running/ordering lunches / teas & coffees for client meetings
- Personal support including dinner reservations, parents evening coordination, medical appointments
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders across global offices/time zones
Who you are:
- Self-starter, pragmatic and discrete 
- Previous experience in a fast-paced PA/EA role 
- Confident working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
- Previously worked on projects or confident mucking in 
- Bright, switched-on 
- Driver's license desirable 
- Company formation or accounting experience would be advantageous
