We are proud to be working with a family run legal firm in Redditch who are recruiting for an Part Time Finance Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity which has arisen to support a finance team of three. You'll be responsible for managing the transactional side of finance of which includes both purchase ledger and sales ledger directly reporting to the finance manage with the day to day running of the department.
Duties to include.
- Processing client account payments
- Preparing Purchase Ledger Payments and Remittances
- ending client account statement
- Administration of monthly credit card transactions
- Dealing with fee earner and client queries
- Processing weekly and monthly billing
- Creating Credit Notes
- Posting client account receipts and transfers between accounts
- always Ensuring adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules
Skills required
- Ability to work effectively and respond well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Friendly and approachable with a professional manner
- Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Proficient Excel user
Qualifications
- AAT Level 2/3 qualified or studying towards
