About Us: Our client is looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant. They are a dynamic and growing organisation committed to excellence. They are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will support their financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their financial transactions.
Job Overview: The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial activities of the company. This includes maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing expense reports, and providing administrative support to the finance department. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist finance department with daily tasks.
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately.
- Maintain organised financial records.
- Support reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Schedule:
- Flexible part-time hours, approximately 20-22.5 hours per week.
- £11.59-£12.18 P/H
