Part Time Finance Assistant

We are recruiting for a Part TimeFinance Assistant to work 25 – 30 hours per week across 5 days each week for our well established client based in Chandlers Ford, with the option of some hybrid work availability.

You will be a part or fully qualified bookkeeper/accountant (AAT) with at least two years experience post qualification, and ideally have experience of working with Xero.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing – sales and purchasing
• Financial Statements – assist the Management Accountant with production of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts
• Work to prepare Budget, Forecast, Cash Flow, alongside Financial Controller and Management Accountant
• Supporting management with reporting and data foe decision making
• Analyse and summarise nominal ledger transactions
• Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Liaise with auditors
• Look for business trends, improvements and cost savings.
