We are recruiting for a Part TimeFinance Assistant to work 25 – 30 hours per week across 5 days each week for our well established client based in Chandlers Ford, with the option of some hybrid work availability.
You will be a part or fully qualified bookkeeper/accountant (AAT) with at least two years experience post qualification, and ideally have experience of working with Xero.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing – sales and purchasing
- Financial Statements – assist the Management Accountant with production of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts
- Work to prepare Budget, Forecast, Cash Flow, alongside Financial Controller and Management Accountant
- Supporting management with reporting and data foe decision making
- Analyse and summarise nominal ledger transactions
- Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Liaise with auditors
- Look for business trends, improvements and cost savings.
