Job description
An exciting opportunity based in Milton Keynes, working 25 hours per week, offering flexibility. You will be responsible for the day to day financial reporting.
Providing regular financial reporting to the operational management team, the Finance Assistant will be assisting the financial controller with monitoring, maintaining and developing financial information. Support with the preparation and management of financial reports. Responsible for the day to day administration and management of the financial procedures and accounts.
As the Finance Assistant you will be involved with effective records, uploading records on Sage.
Dealing with monthly reconciliations.
Process monthly payments and vendor payments and posting invoices raised.
Downloading receipts account bank statements from online banking
Daily postings of transactions from receipts
Daily posting of rental transactions
Reconciling receipts
Month end reconciliations
Updating all income records
Good working knowledge of Sage and Excel is essential. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
Strong numeracy, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
