SalaryOur client a PE backed international service based business based in the heart of the City of London, require a Part TimeFinance Director to work along side the exec management to help drive the business growth forward in its next stage. The business operates in a number of geographies and currently turns over c GBP20 Million.
- Collaborate with the Board to enhance and oversee the Group's financial operations, encompassing the creation of annual budgets, effective cashflow management, and precise forecasting.
- Evaluate current functions and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, with a specific focus on augmenting monthly/quarterly Management Information (MI) reports. This includes in-depth analysis of our primary income streams derived from Oracle and SAP sales.
- Generate comprehensive company reports for external stakeholders as required, involving active engagement with auditors for the UK company audit and potential future investor relations.
- Lead the development and management of the existing Accounts team, implementing upskilling initiatives to foster professional growth.
- Supervise Group payroll processes and associated payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant country tax authority filings across all pertinent jurisdictions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Board for optimising the finance function, while also suggesting measures to enhance overall profitability and exploit potential sales opportunities.
The ideal individual will be a Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA/ CIMA )
Available for 10/12 days a month and will pay GBP100k pro rata
