Part-Time Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Finance Manager to join renowned creative agency. You will be responsible for the managing the day to day running of finance processes reporting directly into the Client Account Director.

The client are an award winning creative agency specialising in brand communications through live experience. Working with clients on exhibitions and activation's globally.

This is a part-time role with 3 working days. The Finance Manager has the option to work hybrid from the City of London office, or fully remote.

Description

The Part-time Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Process Purchase and sales ledgers
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasting
• Compile monthly payroll reports and journals
• Process company expenses
• Production of company management accounts
• Preparation of budget forecasting
• Processing VAT returns
• Assist in developing production of monthly performance reports with analysis
• Preparation of draft statutory accounts and financial statements
• Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Profile

A successful Part-time Finance Manager should have:

• Previously worked as a Finance Manager within a small business
• Experience of an accounting role in a similar field (events/architecture/project-based environment)
• Experience of working within a multi-currency environment
• Independent thinker with the ability to work without supervision
• Experience and working knowledge of PAPRIKA accounting software

Job Offer

The successful Part-time Finance Manager will be entitled to the competitive salary of GBP37,000 - GBP44,000 (full time equivalent) depending on experience, along with these other benefits:
