Part-Time Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Part TimeFinance Manager, who wants to work for a dynamic and thriving business.
Salary: circa £55,000 FTE
Location: North Bristol - Hybrid
Hours: 2 days a week - flexible as to when these are worked

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager who can oversee financial operations, contributing to the strategic direction and success of our client’s company. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a small but dynamic organisation that is driving innovation in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, VAT and tax credit submissions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and sustainability of the organization.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning financial objectives with business goals.
- Prepare financial reports, statements and analysis to provide insights into the company's financial health and performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement, and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications:
- MAAT minimum, ideally some ACA/ACCA higher qualification.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior finance position.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in financial management software
