My client an environmental sustainability company based in London are looking for a Part time Finance Team Leader to join their busy company.
The role is a Part Time 3 days a week overseeing end to end finance operations including invoicing, cash flow, financial planning, forecasting and analysis.
You would be required to come into the office 2 days a week and work the third day from home. 9-5.30pm hours.
Duties
Monitoring day to day financial operations
Leading and developing a Finance Team of 4.
Overseeing the invoice processing undertaken by finance
Providing guidance and support on invoicing
Resolving invoicing queries
Processing and paying invoices.
Cash management including payment runs and bank transfers.
Reconciliation on payments
Debt review
Reviewing cashflow and monthly payments
Liaising with external payroll provider, reviewing and approving payroll
Processing of employee benefits
Forecasting
Time and expense tracking
Experience
Some experience of producing monthly management accounts would be an advantage.
