Sue Ross Recruitment are assisting a highly successful medical company in the recruitment of a Part TimeHR Advisor. You will work in a standalone HR position as part of a wider team within the medium sized company. You will provide Managers with support on any issues within their departments and provide HR Assistance and support to the company across all aspects of HR. Working closely with management to ensure a high quality of HR service is delivered to the business.
Duties and Responsibilities include;
- Upkeep of all HR related documentation/ matters e.g., the Company Handbook, Organisation Chart, Employment Contracts/ Job Descriptions
- Administration of the company benefit scheme.
- Recruitment Internal / External / Creation of adverts.
- Arranging and conducting interviews
- Issuing of all offer letters and employee contracts to potential employees/ new starter forms/ ID Requirements
- Job description Creation
- Providing HR inductions for all new starters
- Updating all HR Forms and policy’s/ procedures
- Monitoring holidays/ sickness and absence
- Updating personnel information on Sage 50 HR
- Disciplinary/ appeal and grievance Advice / Letters/ Minutes
- Administration of any employee changes – Change in hours/salary etc
- Maternity/ Paternity Letters/ Advice
- Driving good HR practice across the business and business strategies
This is a Part Time role with flexibility of hours however you will be required to work from our client’s office space based within the Worksop area.
