SalaryOur client is a long standing manufacturing business and due to continued success they are seeking an intelligent HR professional to join their friendly team in Usk. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support.
Responsibilities: HR Support
- Support all HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development and performance management.
- Be the first point of contact with employee relations issues, including managing absence and assisting with disciplinary matters, grievances and other employee matters.
- Build relationships to encourage positivity and productivity.
- Adhoc ancillary tasks when required.

Hours
- The role is 2 full days a week.
