Due to business expansion our client is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team in Leatherhead in a part-time capacity. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions and providing strategic HR support to the organisation.
- Based in Leatherhead
- Circa £40,000 pro rata
- 24 – 30 hours per week, days and times negotiable
- 26 days holiday pro-rata, plus bank holidays
- On-Site Parking

- Payroll and Compliance (Payroll is outsourced to a 3rd party)

Person Specification:
- Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field would be preferred
- Excellent Communicator
