Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE (£48,000 take-home)
Hours: 30 hours/week over 4, or 5 days
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Reports to: Head of People
JGA are working with a leading retail group, seeking an HRBP for the investment arm of their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, induction, talent development, reward, engagement, and career progression.
- Support recruitment and onboarding: job descriptions, interviews, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks, and IT setup.
- Support strategy, change management, and organizational design.
- Coach leaders and manage employee relations.
- Oversee performance management and development.
- Handle all HR administration, including contracts and employee files.
- CIPD qualified with 5+ years as an HR generalist.
- Experience in founder-led businesses is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and employees.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
