The Role:
We are looking for a go-to expert for managing workforce data reporting within the university, responsible for delivering essential HR reports and leading projects to enhance service delivery. Collaboration across HR, IT, Planning and other departments will be crucial as you strategically address the University's HR information needs and drive improvements across services provided by the Directorate.
You will be the Directorate’s Management Information expert delivering effective workforce data reporting and will be responsible for the development and provision of an HR information strategy. As part of this, you will be required to plan and deliver HR reports to both internal and external stakeholders, including the annual statutory, EDI returns and audit requirements.
You will partner with colleagues in HR, IT and other business areas to scope and plan the University's HR information needs whilst acting as the HR lead for projects which impact and improve the services delivered by the Directorate.
The Person:
You will have extensive experience of data reporting and analysis, preferably within a HR setting. You will be confident in managing and driving improvements in HR systems (preferably Unit4 Business World). Alongside a strong customer service ethic, you will also demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring reports are scrutinised ahead of publication whilst working with university stakeholders to ensure reports meet their requirements.
You will couple analytic thinking skills with a confident and competent presentation style to be able to share, explain and breakdown data for range of different audiences.
