MLC are exclusively partnering with a charitable organisation based in North-West London, to recruit their Learning and Development Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a newly created role within the organisation, and a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive candidate to play a pivotal role in establishing a long-lasting framework of learning, professional development, and employee success.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to establish training gaps and learning requirements within the organisation, building infrastructure to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Establish their corporate induction, organisational capabilities and key continuous development areas
- Support in building and delivering a competency based training manual and appraisal policy
- Coach key line managers on the importance of continuous development, and learning opportunities for their departments
Successful candidate criteria:
- Strong background in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A willingness to learn, and communicate to varying key stakeholders
This role is hybrid working, 3 days in office with onsite parking. It is an immediate starting full time, 12month fixed term contract.
