This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-respected, award-winning Law firm that really values their staff and has an excellent working environment on the outskirts of Southampton. They are looking for someone to join their friendly team on a part time basis between 20-28 hours per week and they can be flexible on how these hours are worked ie full or part days. The company offers excellent company benefits and has parking.

Role: Part Time Legal SecretaryWhere: Southampton outskirts Salary Up to GBP26,000pa pro rata depending on experience

Responsibilities will include:

Audio typing

File Management

Document preparation

Diary Management

Excellent delivery of client service

Ad hoc administrative tasks

You will need:

Previous legal secretarial experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written.

An excellent eye for detail.

To be highly organised and efficient.

The ability to work to deadlines.

To be able to offer excellent client service.

The ability to work as part of a team.
