PART TIME PROPERTY SOLICITOR

Senior Solicitor (Property)

Runnymede

25 hours per week

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: negotiable, indicate rate sought

• To provide drafting for commercial property matters (Wayleave, Leases, Lease extension, Disposal etc) and some Housing matters (Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Acquisition, Disposal, etc).
• The position is supervised by the Principal Property Solicitor and assisted by the Legal Assistant (who mainly deals with Housing matters).
• The position is required to come in once a week, although this could be bunched together into 4 days every 4 months or 2 days every two weeks.
• Attendance days to be discussed with the Principal Property Solicitor but will generally be flexible.
• Required attendance to the Team meetings, which take place once a month, usually on a Tuesday but sometimes on a Wednesday.
