We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join us on an interim 12 month fixed term part-time basis to cover maternity leave. You’ll be someone looking to work part-time 3 days per week and even though this will begin as an interim role we like to nurture and keep good people so business dependent there may be a permanent role at the end of this time for you.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team across a broad range of administrative and marketing activities, such as:
- Assist with the planning and creation of social media content and the generation of new ideas
- Digital content creation, in particular videos, with a focus to grow online presence
- Seeking new opportunities for brand exposure and PR initiatives
- Managing social media campaigns including scheduling content and conducting analysis and reporting
- Closely monitoring social media channels and engagement
- Assist with award submissions and associated PR
- Involvement in and leading of event planning and management
- FSDU and POS planning and management – layout, quote requests, artwork briefing and sampling
- Catalogue planning and proofing
- Uploading engaging content onto the Maped Helix website
- Newsletter planning and scheduling
- Field customer coordination for event planning and POS
- Ensuring Maped Inside News is updated
- Master Presentation updates
- Coordination of work to support National Stationery Week
- Assist with the management and PR for the 1% For Education Fund
- Ensure PR sample orders are collated ready for the sales team
